Celebrate the launch of CAIM at Slane Castle by joining us for a feast on the historic Slane Castle grounds.

The evening includes a champagne reception at the exhibition followed by an outdoor 3-course tasting menu with wine pairing designed especially for CAIM by Wolfe Conyngham, renowned chef and brother to Alex, Marquess of Conyngham, featuring local seasonal produce sourced and foraged from Slane Castle Estate and the Boyne Valley.
